RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties.
When the order concerns the regular delivery of goods over a specific period, this period begins upon receipt of the first product.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised:

Either via the withdrawal form available on the website.

Or by any other clear and unambiguous written statement expressing the wish to withdraw, sent by post or email to the contact details indicated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unopened, and unused, allowing for resale, along with proof of purchase.
Any damaged, opened, incomplete, or altered product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Subject to compliance with the above conditions, the refund or exchange (depending on availability) will be processed within a maximum of 14 days of IRA's receipt of the returned products.
